Who we are
Court Catcha is run by [owner / company name], [address]. Contact: [contact email].
What Court Catcha does
Court Catcha helps you find and book padel sessions and courts on Padel4all, and organise matches with other players. It is independent and not made, endorsed or supported by Padel4all. It acts only for you, using the Padel4all login you give it, and does what you ask: it books only when you (or a booking you set up) tell it to.
Your account
You must be 18 or over. Keep your Court Catcha password private; you're responsible for what's done with your account. You must have the right to use the Padel4all account and payment card you add, and you remain bound by Padel4all's own terms for anything booked.
Plans and payment
The Free plan costs nothing. The Paid plan is a subscription, monthly or yearly, taken by Stripe and renewing automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Settings; Paid then continues to the end of the period already paid for, and isn't refunded for the remainder. Prices may change; we'll tell you at least 30 days before a change applies to you.
Your right to cancel
You have 14 days from first subscribing to cancel for a refund. By asking Court Catcha to start booking for you within those 14 days, you agree that we may deduct an amount for the service already provided.
Bookings and money
Courts and sessions are booked and paid for on Padel4all, directly with your card or account credit; Court Catcha never holds that money. We do our best, but can't guarantee a booking will succeed — Padel4all may be busy, change its website, or release places differently. We aren't responsible for bookings we couldn't make, or for Padel4all's charges, refunds or cancellations. Matches are arranged between players; payments between players are entirely between them.
Fair use
Don't misuse Court Catcha: no automated sign-ups, sharing accounts, or using it to harm Padel4all or other players. We may suspend accounts that do.
Changes and ending
We may change or stop features, telling you in advance where we can. You can close your account at any time by contacting us; we'll delete your details as described in the Privacy Policy.
The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights.
